Prepare before the visit so visual impressions do not replace verification. Ask which registered phase and tower you are viewing, which unit types are currently offered, and whether the sample apartment matches those exact dimensions and specifications.
Questions about the home
What is the carpet area? How does the unit face? What lies outside each window? Which fittings shown are included? Where are AC outdoor units, utility services and waste routes? What are the lift count, parking arrangement and power-backup basis?
Questions about delivery and cost
What is the current RERA-declared timeline for the relevant phase? Where are progress updates published? What does the total cost include? Which charges can vary? What is the payment schedule? Which amenities are part of this phase and how will maintenance be calculated?
Request written documents instead of relying on memory. Photograph only where permitted, label notes with the date and unit, and review everything after the visit. Verify material information independently before making a payment.
