Trace movement and privacy

Follow the route from the entrance to living, dining, kitchen, bedrooms and toilets. Check door clashes, passage width and whether guests can use a common toilet without entering private areas. Mark beds, wardrobes, a dining table and work desks at their real dimensions.

Review light and services

Ask how the unit faces within the tower plan and what lies outside each opening. Check window size, balcony depth, kitchen utility, washing-machine position, AC outdoor-unit placement and bathroom ventilation. A sample apartment can demonstrate scale, but separate included specifications from décor or upgrades.

Bring a tape measure to an authorised visit and record questions. Final dimensions, finishes and inclusions should be verified in the signed agreement and specifications rather than inferred from illustrations.
